The Role
We've identified a set of mid-market accounts with real growth potential. Your job is to turn that potential into revenue.
You don't have a direct team reporting to you. Instead, you work across our offering-specific sales teams, coordinating their efforts within your accounts, making sure the right people are talking to the right contacts at the right time. When the situation calls for it, you step in as the customer's main point of contact yourself. You also make the call on when an account is ready to move up to KAM-level treatment and when that happens, you can follow it there.
What You'll Do
Build and execute account plans for your growth account portfolio
Coordinate offering-specific sales teams around a shared account strategy — no direct line authority, but clear ownership
Show up directly for customers when it matters
Track and drive growth across revenue, margin, headcount penetration, and deal flow
Decide when accounts have matured enough to graduate to KAM
What We're Looking For
You've grown complex B2B accounts in IT services or software. You know how to move a relationship forward without owning every conversation, and you're comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information.
A strong commercial sense, structured thinking, and the ability to build trust at multiple levels in a customer organization are the things that will make you successful here.
Compensation
Base salary based on your experience and track record. Commission tied directly to growth in your account portfolio. OTE level 8000e/month.
What's Next for You
Grow the accounts, then lead them, move into KAM ownership of the relationships you've built. Or stay in the Growth Account Lead role and keep doing what you're good at. Both are real paths.
